Career Readiness & Job Referral offers
career exploration, interview and job preparation, and referral services
to all Montgomery County residents including students, recent
graduates, unemployed or underemployed participants.
Community members who are looking for assistance with getting a
job, creating a resume, or preparing for an interview would benefit
from these services.

Job seekers may also receive tips on how to prepare for an interview
and meet with our staff to practice interviewing. We also assist with
reviewing and critiquing resumés for job applications to ensure they
meet potential employer’s requirements.
